I took “Foundations For Teams” class taught by Professor Kristin Behfar at the Paul Merage School of Business and while reviewing what I’ve learned so far, I want to share it with you here on the blog. If the rate at which your website visitors leave is higher than your industry standard, you should find out the reason(s) why they leave so soon without diving deeper into your website. This is known as Bounce Rate.
